پیش‌زمینه و هدف: پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات سلامت تأثیرات مهمی بر مدیریت بیمارستان‌ها و ارائه خدمات سلامت داشته است. سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی، با مدیریت مکانیزه داده‌ها، یکی از این تأثیرات را منعکس می‌کند. تحقیق حاضر به شناسایی و تحلیل شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های کلیدی فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در بیمارستان‌های کشور می‌پردازد.
مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه با روش آمیخته (کیفی، کمی) انجام شد. در بخش اول، با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، 299 مقاله از پایگاه‌های داخلی و خارجی تحلیل شدند که پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج، 41 مقاله نهایی برای کدگذاری انتخاب شد. بخش دوم با روش دلفی با مشارکت مدیران و کارشناسان بیمارستان‌های استان آذربایجان غربی که حداقل 5 سال تجربه کاری در حوزه مدیریت یا فناوری اطلاعات سلامت داشتند به تعداد 20 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از یک پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته انجام شد که برگرفته از یافته‌های بخش فراترکیب بود. در این روش طی سه مرحله اعتبارسنجی شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌ها استخراج شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که 41 شاخص در قالب 6 مؤلفه شامل: عوامل انسانی (7 شاخص)، عوامل مالی (8 شاخص)، فنی (7 شاخص)، مدیریتی (11 شاخص)، سازمانی ( 4شاخص) و محیطی (4 شاخص) برای به‌کارگیری موفق فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در بیمارستان‌های کشور مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. تحلیل دلفی نشان‌دهنده سطح بالای توافق میان خبرگان بود و آماره کندال (0.893) بیانگر اجماع نظری قوی است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی و توسعه مدل‌های سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی در ایران استفاده شود. بهبود دسترسی به اطلاعات بیماران، تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری، ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات، صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌ها، و بهبود بهره‌وری مدیریتی از نتایج شاخص فناوری اطلاعات سلامت هستند.
