پیش‌زمینه و هدف: اختلالات خلقی- رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به صرع شیوع بالایی دارد و تأثیرات قابل‌توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی این بیماران می‌گذارد. اختلالات خلقی- رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به صرع به دلیل تمرکز بر مدیریت تشنج، کمتر موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه باهدف بررسی میزان شیوع اختلالات خلقی- رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به صرع در ایران انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش کار: یک جستجوی الکترونیک در پایگاه‌های PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science، Science Direct، SID و Magiran تا آگوست 2024 انجام گرفت. همچنین یک جستجوی دستی در منابع مطالعات مروری و کلیدی اولیه انجام گرفت. زبان مطالعات محدود به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی بود. ارزیابی سوگرایی مطالعات با چک‌لیست Newcastle-Ottawa Scale انجام گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Comprehensive Meta-Analysis3 انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: درمجموع 18 مطالعه شامل 2919 بیمار وارد مطالعه شدند. نتایج متاآنالیز نشان داد که شیوع افسردگی، اضطراب، اختلال وسواسی، ترس مرضی، اختلال دوقطبی، استرس و ترس ناگهانی در بیماران مبتلا به صرع به ترتیب برابر با 36 درصد (فاصله اطمینان 95/0 (49/0- 24/0)، P=0.03)، 27 درصد (95/0(41/0- 17/0)، P<0.001)، 27 درصد (95/0(30/0- 24/0)، P<0.001)، 18 درصد (95/0(28/0- 11/0)، P<0.001)، 3 درصد (95/0(08/0- 01/0)، P<0.001)، 13 درصد (95/0(71/0- 10/0)، P=0.19) و 5 درصد (95/0(07/0- 04/0)، P<0.001) بود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: میزان شیوع اختلالات خلقی- رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به صرع بالا است این وضعیت نه‌تنها بر سلامت روانی بیماران تأثیر می‌گذارد، بلکه می‌تواند به کاهش کیفیت مراقبت‌های پزشکی و افزایش بار درمانی منجر شود. بنابراین، شناسایی و درمان به‌موقع اختلالات خلقی- رفتاری در این بیماران ضروری است.
