fa تاثیر امواج الکترومغناطیس ساطع شده از وای فای بر سطوح آنتی‌ژن سرطانی 9-19 (یک تومورمارکر سرطان تخمدان) و آنتی‌ژن سرطانی 125 (یک تومور مارکر رحم) در موش صحرایی بالغ ماده THE EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES EMITTED FROM WI-FI EQUIPMENT ON CANCER ANTIGEN 19-9 (A TUMOR MARKER OF OVARIAN CANCER) AND CANCER ANTIGEN 125 (A UTERINE TUMOR MARKER) LEVELS IN ADULT FEMALE RATS فیزیولوژی فیزیولوژی پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: عوامل محیطی از قبیل امواج الکترومغناطیسی اثرات بیولوژیکی و ژنتیکی مختلفی را القا می‌کنند. یکی از مهم‌ترین سیستم‌های فیزیولوژیکی درگیر با میدان‌های الکترومغناطیسی، سیستم تناسلی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی سطوح تومورمارکرهای خونی رحم و تخمدان متعاقب دریافت امواج کوتاه‌مدت و میان‌مدت امواج الکترومغناطیسی ساطع‌شده از وای فای خانگی هست. مواد و روش‌ کار: در پژوهش تجربی حاضر 60 سر موش صحرایی به‌طور تصادفی به 3 گروه تقسیم شدند گروه اول به‌عنوان کنترل در نظر گرفته شد. گروه دوم روزانه 1 ساعت به مدت 10 روز در مجاورت امواج وای فای دستگاه ایرانسل قرار گرفتند و گروه سوم به مدت یک ماه روزی 3 ساعت در مجاور این امواج قرار داشتند. پس از گذشت مدت‌زمان معین، از موش‌ها خون‌گیری به عمل آمد و سطح سرمی آنتی‌ژن سرطانی 9-19، آنتی‌ژن سرطانی 125 با استفاده از روش الیزا اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS، آزمون آماری t-test و در نظر گرفتن سطح معناداری P≤0.05 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف معناداری در سطح سرمی تومورماکرهای رحم و تخمدان در گروه سوم که در معرض میان‌مدت امواج وای فای بودند در مقایسه با گروه کنترل و گروه دوم که به‌صورت کوتاه‌مدت تحت تأثیر امواج وای فای بودند، مشاهده شد (P≤0.05). اما غلظت این تورمارکرها بین گروه‌های دوم و کنترل تفاوت معناداری نداشت (P>0.05). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: قرار گرفتن در معرض میدان‌های الکترومغناطیسی بسته به مدت و شدت موج می‌تواند منجر به تغییراتی در سطح تومورمارکرهای اجزای سیستم تولیدمثلی از قبیل رحم و تخمدان گردد. مطالعات گسترده‌تری با تعداد نمونه بیشتر و نیز در گروه‌های انسانی برای نشان دادن خطرات بالقوه قرارگیری در معرض امواج الکترومغناطیس بر سرطان‌زایی در جنس مؤنث پیشنهاد می‌شود.   <a name="_Toc416081061">Background & Aims</a>: Environmental factors such as electromagnetic waves induce various biological and genetic effects. One of the most important physiological systems involved with electromagnetic fields is the reproductive system. The aim of this research is to investigate blood levels of tumor markers of the uterus and ovaries after receiving short- and mid-term electromagnetic waves emitted from home Wi-Fi equipment. Materials & Methods: In this descriptive study, 60 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The first group was considered as control, the second group was placed in the vicinity of Iran cell Wi-Fi waves for 1 hour per day for 10 days, and the third group was in the vicinity of these waves for 3 hours per day for 1 month. After certain periods of time, blood samples were taken and the serum levels of cancer antigen 19-9 and cancer antigen 125 were measured using the ELISA method. Data were analyzed by SPSS program using t-test method with significance level of P≤0.05. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference in the serum levels of uterine and ovarian tumor markers in the third group that were exposed to WiFi waves for a medium period of time in comparison with the control group and the second group which were affected short-term by Wi-Fi waves (P≤0.05), but the concentration of these tumor markers hadn't significant difference between the second groups and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Exposure to electromagnetic fields, depending on the duration and intensity of the wave, can lead to changes in the level of tumor markers of reproductive system components such as the uterus and ovaries.
