fa بررسی میزان آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان عمومی از اندیکاسیون‌های روکش استیل زنگ نزن و تمایل آنان به آموزش و کاربرد این تکنیک در مطب دندانپزشکی(فک و صورت) دندانپزشکی(فک و صورت) پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>پیش‌زمینه و هدف: </strong>استفاده از روکش استیل زنگ نزن در دندانپزشکی کودکان حائز اهمیت زیادی است و بسیاری از انجمن‌های دندانپزشکی بر استفاده از آن تأکید می‌کنند ولی متأسفانه دندان‌پزشکان عمومی به دلایلی تمایل کم‌تری به استفاده از آن دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان از اندیکاسیون‌های روکش استیل زنگ نزن، تمایل آنان به آموزش وکاربرد این تکنیک در مطب است</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ کار</strong>: این مطالعه توصیفی_مقطعی بر روی کلیه دندان‌پزشکان شهر ارومیه که در مطب مشغول به کار بودند انجام گرفت. به این صورت که دندان‌پزشکان به پرسشنامه‌ای که در دو قسمت (اطلاعات فردی و پرسش در مورد روکش استیل زنگ نزن) تهیه شده بود در حضور پرسشگر پاسخ دادند، سپس اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده و با کمک نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و با استفاده از آزمون‌های <span dir="LTR">T-TEST</span> و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: 128 دندان‌پزشک شامل 80 مرد و 48 زن با میانگین سنی 66/42 سال در مطالعه شرکت کردند. میانگین زمان فراغت از تحصیل 05/15 سال بود. در حیطه آگاهی 14 سؤال مطرح گردید، طبق نتیجه به‌دست‌آمده 4/34 درصد (44 نفر) از دندان‌پزشکان دارای سطح آگاهی متوسط بودند، 6/65 درصد (84 نفر) باقیمانده همگی دارای سطح آگاهی خوب بودند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل بین زمان فارغ‌التحصیل و سن دندان‌پزشکان با میزان آگاهی ارتباط معنی‌داری یافت نشد درحالی‌که ارتباط بین میزان آگاهی با میزان آموزش در دانشکده معنادار بود ولی ارتباط با جنس ازلحاظ آماری معنادار به‌دست نیامد که در مردان آگاهی نسبت به زنان بالاتر بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: بررسی نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که سطح آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر ارومیه در ارتباط با روکش استیل زنک نزن کافی ولی ازلحاظ تکنیک قرار دادن روکش استیل زنگ نزن پایین می‌باشد. لذا این موضوع نیاز به تدوین آموزش مداوم اختصاصی در این زمینه را تأکید می‌کند.</p> <p dir="LTR"><a name="_Toc416081061"><strong><em>Background &&nbsp;Aims</em></strong></a>: Dental caries is one of the most common child illnesses, and each year the number of teeth loss due to caries development. Given the destructive nature of the caries, fast treatment is necessary to prevent future tooth decay in order to improve the overall oral health. According to what was said above, the use of stainless steel crown (SSC) in pediatric dentistry is very important and many dental associations do insist on using it. Unfortunately, some dentists are less likely to use it. The aim of this study was the evaluation of general dentists&rsquo; knowledge about the indications of SSC and their willingness to learn and apply these techniques at office.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong><em>Materials & Methods</em></strong>: This cross-sectional study was performed on all Urmia dentists that work in an office .A questioner was performed in two sections (personal information and questions about SSC) and dentists answered it. Data were analyzed by SPSS software and Pearson correlation coefficient. The dentists were 80 male and 48 females and the mean age was 42.66 years old, and the mean time passed from their graduation was 15.05 years</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong><em>Results</em></strong>: So 128 dentists (80 males and 48 females) participated in this study. Fourteen questions were proposed in the area of knowledge. 44 dentists had moderate awareness. The remaining 84 dentists all had good knowledge. There was no significant correlation between graduation and the age of dentists with knowledge. While the relationship between the knowledge and the training college was significant. But relations between the sexes was not statistically significant but the awareness was higher in men than in women.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong>: The results indicated that knowledge of dentists in Urmia about SSC was sufficient, but the use of SSC was low.
