fa نیاز سنجی آموزشی در سه حیطه نگرش، دانش و مهارت در بین پرستاران مبتنی بر فن دیکوم عمومى General پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research <p indexof="function(a){var b=this.length>>>0,c=Number(arguments[1])||0;for(c=c<0?Math.ceil(c):Math.floor(c),c<0&&(c+=b);c<b;c++)if(c in this&&this[c]===a)return c;return-1}"><strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: nazanin;">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">تعیین نیازهای آموزشی اولین گام تضمین اثربخشی کارکرد آموزشی و بهسازی است، لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر نیازسنجی آموزشی پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) مبتنی بر فن دیکوم در سه حوزه نگرش، دانش و مهارت می باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: nazanin;">مواد و روش‌ کار</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و از حیث هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری شامل پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی می باشد که با جدول مورگان 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه با نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید. ابزار شامل پرسشنامه و مصاحبه است و</span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> اجرای فن دیکوم که نوعی کارشکافی در هفت مرحله است. </span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم‌افزار</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">SPSS</span></span></span> <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: nazanin;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: nazanin;">:</span></span> <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">اهم نتایج نشان می دهد که نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران در حوزه نگرش، مشتمل بر رعایت صرفه‌جویی در کاربست امکانات و تجهیزات، با اختلاف میانگین(58/0) در اولویت اول، حفظ خونسردی و آرامش در مواجهه با بیماران و حوادث، با اختلاف میانگین(52/0) در اولویت دوم و در حوزه دانش، در محور استفاده از تکنولوژی آموزشی در جهت آموزش و یادگیری مداوم، با اختلاف میانگین (93/0) در رتبه اول و در محور </span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">آشنایی با پژوهشهایی که باعث گسترش درمان ها و راهبردهای نوین می‌شوند،</span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> با اختلاف میانگین (81/0) در رتبه دوم نیاز به آموزش دارند. در حوزه مهارت، کاربست فناوری اطلاعات، با اختلاف میانگین (99/0) در اولویت نخست و آشنایی با شیوه کاربست ابزارهای تکمیلی، با اختلاف میانگین (93/0)، در اولویت دوم قرار گرفته اند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: nazanin;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتایج نیازسنجی آموزشی پرستاران در سه حوزه </span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نگرش، دانش و مهارت</span></span> <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">حاکی از نیاز این رده شغلی به آموزش، بروز رسانی و کسب صلاحیتهای ضروری و مورد انتظار بصورت دوره ای و تداومی است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: nazanin;">کلیدواژه‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 9.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نیازسنجی آموزشی، پرستاران، فن دیکوم، حوزه های نگرش، دانش و مهارت</span></span></p> <strong><em>Background & Aims:</em></strong> Educational needs assessment is the first step for finding and assurance of educational performance and improvement, so the goal of this study was the assessing educational needs of nurses in Imam Khomeini hospital based on the technique DACUM Techniques in three fields of attitude, knowledge and skill.<br> <strong><em>Materials & Methods: </em></strong>The method of research is descriptive survey and from viewpoint of goal is practical one. The statistical population is included nurses of Imam Khomeini Hospital and sample of this research is selected 200 individuals by simple random sampling from Morgan table. Interview and questionnaire were the instruments of this research. Implementation of DACUM Techniques is typically analyzing the work. Analyzing the data was obtained by SPSS Software and descriptive and inferential statistics.<br> <strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The results show that about attitude field, observance of frugality in the use of equipment, with a mean difference of 0.58 at first priority, and the second priority is placed maintain composure and confidence in the people and events; with a mean difference of 0.52. The first priority in the field of knowledge is familiarity with educational technology and usage new technologies in line with the education and continuous learning, with a mean difference of 0.93, and introduction to research in the field led to the development of new therapies and new therapeutic strategies are with a mean difference of 0.81 in the second priority. In the field of skill, the first priority has been the usage of IT skills with a mean difference of 0.99, and the second priority is familiarity with how to use additional tools, with a mean difference of 0.93.
