fa بررسی میزان توجه به رویکرد آموزش چندفرهنگی در محتوای برنامه درسی علوم پزشکی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های شمال غرب کشور در سال تحصیلی 94 - 93 عمومى General پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research <p dir="rtl"><strong>پیش‌زمینه و هدف: </strong>برنامه درسی چندفرهنگی سازوکاری است که در جهت توانمندسازی دانشجویان و گروه‌های آموزشی از منظر برخورداری از دانش، نگرش و مهارت برای همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز در یک جامعه چندفرهنگی بسیار مؤثر است. در این راستا، هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی میزان توجه به طراحی و تدوین این نوع برنامه‌های درسی در محتوای برنامه درسی علوم پزشکی می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>مواد و روش </strong><strong>کار</strong>: با توجه به هدف مطالعه، نوع تحقیق بنیادی محسوب می&shy;شود که در انجام آن محقق از روش تحقیق زمینه&shy;ای استفاده کرده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اعضای هیئت‌علمی رشته‌های مختلف علوم پزشکی در دانشگاه&shy;های مختلف کشور تشکیل می&shy;دادند که با استفاده از نمونه&shy;گیری در دسترس، تعداد 50 نفر از آن&shy;ها در نمونه مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای دستیابی به هدف مذبور، پرسشنامه&shy;ای محقق ساخته&shy; تنظیم، و روایی و پایایی آن احراز گردید.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته&shy;ها:</strong> نتایج آزمون <span dir="ltr">t</span> تک متغیره نشان داد که میزان توجه یا استقرار آموزه&shy;های این رویکرد در محتوا برنامه‌های درسی علوم پزشکی کشور در حد مطلوبی نیست. طوری که از ده مؤلفه&shy; آموزش چندفرهنگی موردسنجش، میزان توجه به 6 مؤلفه در حد کم و 4 مؤلفه در حد متوسط قرار داشتند.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>بحث و نتیجه&shy;گیری:</strong> به‌منظور ارائه مراقبت&shy;های پزشکی مؤثر به بیماران با پیشینه&shy;های فرهنگی متفاوت، لازم است با ایجاد تغییرات قابل‌توجه در محتوای برنامه&shy;های درسی، توجه شایسته&shy;ای به آموزش&shy;های مرتبط با این رویکرد مبذول گردد تا پرسنل رشته‌های پزشکی؛ دانش، نگرش و مهارت&shy;های مقتضی را در جهت تبدیل‌شدن به عامل پزشکی فرافرهنگی و عمل مسئولانه در جامعه چندفرهنگی برای ارائه بهتر و مطلوب‌تر خدمات یاد بگیرند.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><em>Background & Aims</em></strong><strong>:</strong> The multicultural curriculum is a mechanism to effectively empower the individuals and groups in terms of accessing to knowledge, attitudes and skills for peaceful coexistence in a multicultural society. In this regard, this study aimed to investigate the attention given to the design and development of this kind of curriculum in the content of undergraduate nurse curriculum.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><em>Materials & Methods</em></strong><strong>:</strong> This applied field study was conducted on all faculty members of medical sciences at various universities in Iran. Using convenience sampling, a number of 50 subjects were selected as sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed as a research tool and its validity and reliability was confirmed.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><em>Results</em></strong><strong>:</strong> According to the results of univariate t-test and the criteria proposed by Bazarghan and colleagues (2007) (1 to 2.33= little attention, 2.34 to 3.67= medium attention, and 3.67 to 5= much attention), it was revealed that the attention given to the teachings of this approach in the medical science curriculum content was not optimal. From the ten measured components of multicultural education, however, the attention given to six components was low and to four components was medium.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><em>Conclusions</em></strong><strong>:</strong> In order to provide effective medical care to patients with different cultural backgrounds, it is necessary to make significant changes in the content of the curriculum and pay proper attention to the training associated with this approach.
