The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of ‎primary infertility on different domains of life quality in an Iranian community. ‎Materials & Methods: The research was performed on 60 primary infertile women seeking infertility treatment and 60 fertile women with similar sociodemographic characteristics. World Health Organization’s QOL-BREF ‎questionnaire was used to investigate health related life quality. Results: The sociodemographic characteristics between two groups were similar with no ‎significant difference, except menstruation.
