fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر عود اعتیاد از دیدگاه معتادین مراجعه کننده به مراکز SURVEY OF FACTORS RELATED TO THE RELAPSE OF ADDICTION FROM VIEW OF ADDICT PATIENTS ATTENDING TO DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT CLINICS IN WEST AZERBAIJAN آناتومی آناتومی پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research پیش زمینه و هدف: یکی از مسایلی که پدیده‌ی اعتیاد را پیچیده‌تر کرده است موضوع عود آن است، چرا که حدود 50درصد از معتادان ایرانی پس از ترک به سمت مصرف مجدد مواد مخدر روی می‌آورند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر عود اعتیاد از دیدگاه معتادان مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد می‌باشد.مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه معتادان مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد بودند که با روش مبتنی بر هدف، تعداد 228 معتاد که روی آوری مجدد داشته و دارای شرایط مورد پژوهش بودند، انتخاب شدند. ابزار مطالعه پرسشنامه بود. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه ساختار یافته و توسط کارشناسان آموزش دیده در مدت شش ماه انجام یافت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: بررسی یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که: (9/32درصد) نمونه‌ها یکبار سابقه ترک اعتیاد داشتند و نیز دلیل روی آوری مجدد به اعتیاد اکثریت آنها (9/50درصد) بیماری روانی بود. بررسی دیدگاه واحدهای مورد پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که در زمینه عوامل فردی، رفع احساس تنهایی و انزوا (36درصد) در زمینه عوامل خانوادگی، روابط نامناسب والدین با فرزندان (5/17درصد) در زمینه عوامل اجتماعی، وجود دوستان معتاد (5/35درصد)، در زمیه عوامل اقتصادی، بیکاری (6/34درصد) و در زمینه عوامل فرهنگی، نداشتن تفریحات و سرگرمی سالم در اوقات فراغت (4/40درصد) به ترتیب دارای بیشترین اهمیت بوده است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، برای روی آوردن مجدد به اعتیاد تنها وجود یک عامل کافی نیست. بلکه مجموعه‌ای از عوامل فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی- اقتصادی با نسبت‌های متفاوت باعث روی آوردن مجدد به اعتیاد می‌شد که بیانگر نیاز به طراحی مطالعاتی با تمرکز بر روی علل عود و راهکارهای جلوگیری از آن به عنوان مشکل اصلی وابستگی به مواد می‌باشد. <shapetype id="_x0000_t202" path="m,l,21600r21600,l21600,xe" o:spt="202" coordsize="21600,21600"><stroke joinstyle="miter" ></shapetype><shape style="Z-INDEX: 251657216 POSITION: absolute TEXT-ALIGN: left MARGIN-TOP: 15.95pt WIDTH: 219.2pt HEIGHT: 143.35pt MARGIN-LEFT: 237.3pt LEFT: 0px" id="_x0000_s1026" stroked="f" type="#_x0000_t202"><textbox style="mso-next-textbox: #_x0000_s1026" ></shape><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0 BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0 BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0 BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0"><div style="PADDING-BOTTOM: 3.6pt PADDING-LEFT: 7.2pt PADDING-RIGHT: 7.2pt PADDING-TOP: 3.6pt" class="shape" v:shape="_x0000_s1026"> </div></td></tr></tbody></table>Email: L_Aliloo@yahoo.com Background &Aims: One of the perplexing problems with regard to addiction is its relapse since 50% of rehabilitated Iranian addicts tend to re-consumption. The aim of this study is to determine the factors related to the relapse of opiate addiction.Materials & Methods: In this descriptive study 228 addicts referring to rehabilitation contents were selected based on goal sampling. The survey tool was the questionnaire. Data collection was carried out by trained experts through structured interview within six months. The data was analyzed using SPSS software.Results: The results showed that all study cases had experienced at least one attempt to quit drug use Psychological disease (50.9%) was the most leading factor in relapse of opiate substance use.The addicts reported their viewpoints regarding the other factors as follows: Among individual factors avoiding from isolation (%36), and among familial factors, improper interaction between parents and children had been reported by the addicts. With regard to the social factors the existence of addicts’ friends (35.5%), and related to the economical factors, lack of job was the major element with (34.6%). Considering cultural factors, lack of safe and healthy entertainments were leading factors mentioned by the addicts.Conclusion: Based on survey findings many factors were involved to the relapsing to addiction which indicate the necessity of researches focusing to the relapse of addicts and the ways for avoiding themes to the addiction as a major depending factor to addiction.
