fa تحلیل روند سری‌های زمانی برای مراجعات قلبی و تنفسی به مرکز فوریت‌های پزشکی شهر ارومیه ANALYSIS OF TIME SERIES TRENDS FOR CARDIAC AND RESPIRATORY VISITS TO THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL CENTER OF URMIA CITY طب اورژانس طب اورژانس پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: افزایش و کاهش تعداد مراجعات به اورژانس یکی از چالش‌های بخش درمان است که برنامه‌ریزی برای ارائه خدمات بهینه به بیماران را دشوار می‌کند. عوامل متعددی مانند تغییرات جمعیتی، آلودگی هوا، و بیماری‌های همه‌گیر مانند کووید-۱۹ می‌توانند بر روند مراجعات تأثیر بگذارند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی روند سری‌های زمانی مراجعات قلبی و تنفسی به بخش اورژانس شهر ارومیه است. مواد و روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، داده‌های ثبت‌شده در مرکز اورژانس 115 شهر ارومیه از ابتدای فروردین ۱۳۹۸ تا پایان مهر ۱۴۰۳ جمع‌آوری شد. تمامی بیماران قلبی و تنفسی در این بازه زمانی که به اورژانس شهر ارومیه مراجعه کرده بودند، در مطالعه وارد شدند. در نهایت، داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه ۲۲، MINITAB نسخه ۱۶ و SAS نسخه ۹.۲ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین مراجعات به اورژانس شهر ارومیه با علت قلبی برای هر ماه برابر 89/59 ± 37/470 مورد و برای علت تنفسی برابر 97/453 ± 51/491 بوده که تحلیل سری‌های زمانی نشان داد روند معنی‌داری در افزایش یا کاهش مراجعات و تغییرات فصلی در طول ۶۷ ماه موردبررسی مشاهده نشد (۰۵/۰ < P). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که مراجعات اورژانسی ناشی از بیماری‌های قلبی و تنفسی طی دوره موردبررسی روند افزایشی نداشته و تغییرات فصلی در آن مشاهده نشده است. بااین‌حال، عواملی مانند افزایش میانگین سنی جمعیت، آلودگی هوا و همه‌گیری کرونا ممکن است در تغییرات آینده این مراجعات نقش داشته باشند و نیازمند بررسی‌های دقیق‌تر هستند. Background & Aims: The increase and decrease in the number of emergency department visits is one of the challenges in the healthcare sector, which makes it difficult to plan for providing optimal services to patients. Several factors, such as demographic changes, air pollution, and pandemics such as COVID-19, can affect the trend of visits. The aim of this study is to examine the time series trend of cardiac and respiratory visits to the emergency department in Urmia. Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study, data recorded at the 115 Emergency Center of Urmia were collected from the beginning of April 2019 to the end of October 2024. All cardiac and respiratory visits to the Urmia Emergency Department during this period were included in the study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, MINITAB version 16, and SAS version 9.2 software. Results: The average number of visits to the Urmia emergency department for cardiac causes per month was 470.37 ± 59.89, and for respiratory causes, it was 491.51 ± 453.97 Time series analysis showed no significant trend in the increase or decrease in visits, and no seasonal changes were observed during the 67-month study period (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that emergency visits due to cardiac and respiratory diseases did not increase during the study period, and no seasonal changes were observed.
