fa سیستادنوم پاپیلری سروز تخمدان همراه با تورشن در یک نوزاد: گزارش موردی پاتولوژی پاتولوژی گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="AR-DZ" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">کیست تخمدان یکی از شایع‌ترین توده‌های شکمی در جنین‌ها و نوزادان دختر است</span></span>.<span lang="AR-DZ" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> در میان کیست‌های تخمدان در نوزادان، سیستادنومای پاپیلری سروز بسیار نادر است و تنها موارد کمی در مقالات گزارش شده است. در این بررسی یک مورد سیستادنومای پاپیلری سروز تخمدان نوزادی را گزارش می‌کنیم که با سیستکتومی جراحی درمان شده و با بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک تأیید شده است. سونوگرافی قبل از تولد (</span></span>USG<span lang="AR-DZ" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">) در سه‌ماهه سوم جنینی، کیست شکمی را در سمت راست شکم نشان داد. بعد از تولد کل کیست طی جراحی لاپاراتومی برداشته شد و برای بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک فرستاده شد. در بررسی ماکروسکوپی، کیست تک حفره‌ای به ابعاد 3.5&times;3.5&times;4 سانتی‌متر با ضخامت دیواره 3/0 سانتی‌متر مشاهده شد. بررسی میکروسکوپی، سلول‌های اپی‌تلیالی با الگوی پاپیلری، لایه‌های سلولی منظم و تغییرات ایسکمیک ناشی از انفارکتوس هموراژیک را نشان داد. این مطالعه بر اهمیت ارزیابی قبل از تولد، تشخیص به‌موقع و در نظر گرفتن خطر عارضه تورشن و انفارکتوس هموراژیک تأکید دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Ovarian cysts are one of the most common abdominal masses in female fetuses and infants. Among the ovarian cysts in infants, serous cystadenoma is extremely rare, with only a few reported cases in the literature. Here, we report a case of a neonatal ovarian serous cystadenoma treated with surgical cystectomy and confirmed by histopathological examination. The antenatal ultrasonography (USG) in the third trimester had shown an abdominal cyst on the right side of the abdomen. After birth, the entire cyst was removed during laparotomy. On gross examination, an unilocular cyst measuring 4&times;3.5&times;3.5 cm with a wall thickness of 0.3 cm was noted. Microscopic examination revealed epithelial cells with a papillary pattern, regular cell layers, and ischemic changes due to hemorrhagic infarction.
