fa بررسی عوارض تنفسی ناشی از گردوغبار آرد در کارگران نانوایی‌های شهرستان ارومیه در سال 1400 EVALUATION OF EXPOSURE TO FLOUR DUST AND RESPIRATORY COMPLICATIONS IN BAKERY WORKERS IN URMIA IN 2021 طب کار طب کار پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: عوارض تنفسی ناشی از گردوغبار آرد، از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های شغلی می‌باشند. این مطالعه باهدف بررسی مواجهه با گردوغبار آرد و عوارض تنفسی ناشی از آن در کارگران نانوایی‌های شهرستان ارومیه در سال 1400 انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه، یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که در سال 1400 انجام شده است. جامعه موردبررسی در این مطالعه 166 نفر از نانوایان شهر ارومیه بودند. جهت بررسی میزان شیوع علائم تنفسی کارگران نانوایی از پرسشنامه‌ی استاندارد بررسی علائم تنفسی استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تی تست، کای دو و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه در سطح معنی‌دار P<0.05 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سن افراد (39/40 و 17/10) و میانگین و انحراف معیار سابقه کار (13/15 و 49/9) به دست آمد. بیشترین عارضه در افراد موردمطالعه خلط سینه (3/22درصد) و سرفه (9/16درصد) بود. بر اساس نتایج، ارتباط معنی‌داری بین عوارض تنفسی با نوع نانوایی (P= 0.0001)، نوع تماس با گردوغبار (P= 0.0001) و همچنین با نوع شغل (P= 0.000) باوجود عوارض تنفسی وجود داشت. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه، وجود عوارض تنفسی در نانوایان شهرستان ارومیه را نشان داد. لذا به‌منظور کاهش عوارض تنفسی لازم است اقدامات موردنیاز مانند تهیه وسایل حفاظت فردی مناسب، تهویه کافی و کاهش مدت‌زمان مواجهه با توجه به نوع شغل، نوع نانوایی و نوع تماس با آلاینده انجام شود.   Background & Aims: Respiratory complications arised from exposure to flour dust are among most common work-related diseases. This study was conducted to investigate flour dust exposure and its respiratory complications in bakery workers in Urmia in 2021. Material and Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in 2021. The statistical population of the study consists of 166 bakers in Urmia. An standard questionnaire was used to assess the prevalence of respiratory symptoms in workers. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and analytical statistics by SPSS 22 software using t-test, chi-square and one-way ANOVA at the significant level of P <0.05. Results: The mean and standard deviation of age obtained 40.39 and 10.17 years and mean and standard deviation of work experience obtained 15.13 and 9.49 years. The most common complication in the studied people were chest sputum (22.3%) and cough (16.9%). According to the results, there were significant relationships between respiratory complications with the type of bakery (P= 0.0001), the type of contact with dust (P= 0.0001), and also with the type of job (P= 0.000). Conclusion: The results of this study showed the existence of respiratory complications in the bakers of Urmia.
