fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای سطح آنتی‌بادی IgE توتال سرمی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال افسردگی اساسی فیزیولوژی ورزشی Exercise physiology پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>پیش‌زمینه و هدف: </strong>اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال افسردگی اساسی، دو اختلال روان‌پزشکی هستند که در بیماری‌زایی آن‌ها، اختلال عملکرد سیستم ایمنی مشاهده می‌شود. در اسکیزوفرنیا هر دو بخش ذاتی و اختصاصی سیستم ایمنی مختل است. به‌طوری‌که <span dir="LTR">IgE</span> توتال سرم در بیمارانی که به‌خوبی به درمان پاسخ نداده‌اند به‌طور قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای بالاست. ولی در افسردگی اساسی افزایش <span dir="LTR">IgE</span> اختصاصی آلرژن در بیمارانی که با پولن‌های فصلی مواجه می‌شوند، با تشدید علائم افسردگی همراه است. لذا، در مطالعه حاضر بر آن شدیم تا سطح <span dir="LTR">IgE</span> سرمی در بیماران اسکیزوفرنیا و افسردگی اساسی را مقایسه کنیم.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار</strong>: یک مطالعه مورد &ndash; شاهدی و از نوع مقطعی است، حجم نمونه 60 نفر که در هر گروه (اسکیزوفرنیا، افسردگی اساسی و شاهد) 20 نفر بودند. بعد از کسب رضایت آگاهانه، نمونه خون گرفته شد و <span dir="LTR">IgE</span> توتال سرم با استفاده از <span dir="LTR">IgE Elisa kit</span> اندازه‌گیری شد و از آزمون مربع <span dir="LTR">K</span> برای مقایسه گروه‌ها و آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span> برای مقایسه دو گروه استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: میانگین <span dir="LTR">IgE</span> سرمی در بیماران اسکیزوفرنیا، افسردگی اساسی و گروه شاهد به ترتیب <span dir="LTR">31.44</span>، <span dir="LTR">17.78</span> و <span dir="LTR">8.37 IU/ml</span> بود.</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: میانگین </span>IgE<span dir="RTL"> توتال سرمی در هر دو گروه افسردگی اساسی و اسکیزوفرنیا در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بالاتر بود، به‌طوری‌که میانگین آن در بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی اساسی و اسکیزوفرنیا به ترتیب بیش از دو برابر و حدود چهار برابر بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. این افزایش فقط در گروه اسکیزوفرنیا نسبت به گروه کنترل معنی‌دار بود </span>P=0.008)<span dir="RTL">). افزایش </span>IgE<span dir="RTL"> می‌تواند بیانگر نقش اختلال سیستم ایمنی </span>B-Cell<span dir="RTL"> در سبب‌شناسی (حداقل گروهی از) بیماران اسکیزوفرنیا باشد.</span></p> <p><a name="_Toc416081061"><strong><em>Background & Aims</em></strong></a>: Schizophrenia and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) are severe mental disorders and disturbances of immunity system are seen in their pathogenic process. Thus, in schizophrenia both general and specific components of immune system are disturbed. In MDD immunity system also changes. Numerous studies show that when depressed patients are exposed to allergen pollens, elevation of IgE with exacerbation of allergic and depression signs and symptoms are revealed. Our study compared serum level of total IgE in schizophrenia and MMD patient to find changes of IgE levels and relations between them.</p> <p><strong><em>Materials & Methods</em></strong>: In our case control study serum levels of IgE were measured in 20 schizophrenic and 20 MMD patients that were admitted to Razi Psychiatric Hospital in Urmia. The serum level of 20 other people was measured as control group. The results were analyzed by K Square and T-Test.</p> <p><strong><em>Results</em></strong>: The mean IgE serum level of schizophrenic patients was 31.4428 IU/ml.These levels were 17.7833IU/ml and 8.3756 IU/ml for MDD and control group, respectively. The mean total serum level of IgE in schizophrenic and MDD patients were more than control group, but only the differences between schizophrenic and control group was significant (p=0.008).</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong>: Our study revealed that specific allergic immunoglobulin increase at least in some schizophrenic patients.
