fa بررسی اثر سایتوتوکسیک عصاره اتانولی گیاه عاقرقرحا بر روی سرطان دهان رده سلولی KB ایمونولوژی ایمونولوژی پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>پیش‌زمینه و هدف: </strong>سرطان یک بیماری مهلک با آمار مرگ‌ومیر بالاست که درگیری‌های روانی و اقتصادی زیادی به دنبال دارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> استفاده از ترکیبات گیاهان دارویی القاکننده آپوپتوز از روش‌های درمان سرطان محسوب می‌گردند، لذا مطالعه بر روی گیاهان، جهت تولید داروهای ضد سرطانی جدید از فعالیت‌های تحقیقاتی مهم در دنیا می‌باشد. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر برای اولین بار اثرات سایتوتوکسیک و آپوپتوتیک عصاره گیاه عاقرقرحا در سلول‌های سرطانی <span dir="LTR">KB</span> مطالعه شد<strong>.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ کار</strong>: برای بررسی اثرات سایتوتوکسیک عصاره گیاه عاقرقرحا تست <span dir="LTR">MTT</span> انجام گرفت. در مرحله‌ی بعد بررسی نوع مرگ سلولی و القا آپوپتوز با <span dir="LTR">DNA Fragmentation</span> و تست <span dir="LTR">TUNEL</span> بررسی شد<strong>.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره گیاه عاقرقرحا به‌طور معنی‌داری سلول‌های سرطانی را از بین برد. با تست <span dir="LTR">DNA Fragmentation</span> و تست <span dir="LTR">TUNEL </span>&nbsp;شکسته شدن <span dir="LTR">DNA</span> که از خصوصیات مهم آپوپتوز است، در سلول‌های تیمار شده با عصاره گیاه عاقرقرحا نشان داده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج مطالعات نشان داد که عصاره گیاه عاقرقرحا باعث القا آپوپتوز در سلول‌های <span dir="LTR">KB</span> شده و ممکن است این عصاره در درمان سرطان مفید باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="LTR"><a name="_Toc416081061"><strong><em>Background &&nbsp;Aims: </em></strong></a>Cancer is one of the most causes of mortality worldwide. Products derived from natural plants that induce apoptosis are used for cancer treatment. Therefore investigation of different herbal components for new anti-cancer drug is one of the main research activities throughout the world. This study is the first to investigate the cytotoxic and apoptotic effect of Anacyclus pyrethrum plants extract in KB cancer cell lines.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong><em>Materials & Methods: </em></strong>Cytotoxic effects of Anacyclus pyrethrum plant extract was measured using MTT assays. To show induction of apoptosis by this plant TUNNEL assay and DNA Fragmentation were performed.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Results</strong>: In the present study, Anacyclus pyrethrum extract noticeably killed cancer cells.
