fa بررسی ارتباط افسردگی با پوکی استخوان در زنان RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DEPRESSION AND OSTEOPOROSIS IN WOMEN آناتومی آناتومی پژوهشي(توصیفی- تحلیلی) Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: افسردگی احتمالاً به دلیل ایجاد تغییراتی در متابولیسم استخوانی می‌تواند به‌عنوان ریسک فاکتوری برای کاهش تراکم استخوان و درنتیجه پوکی استخوان باشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین رابطه بین افسردگی و پوکی استخوان در زنان انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی١٩٠ نفر از زنان بالای٤٠سال که واجد معیارهای ورود به مطالعه بودند در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابتلا یا عدم ابتلا به افسردگی با پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه ١٣سؤالی بک سنجیده شد و سپس میزان تراکم استخوان توسط دستگاه هالوژیک با فن DEXA سنجیده شد و افراد با تشخیص پزشک و بر اساس معیارهای سازمان جهانی بهداشت به سه گروه نرمال، استئوپنی واستئوپروز تقسیم شدند. جهت آنالیز داده‏ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش ١٧ و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه میانگین± انحراف معیار سن و شاخص توده بدنی نمونه‌ها به ترتیب ٨٢/٧± ٦٤ /٥٦ سال و ٨٨/٤±٩/٢٩ متر 2 /کیلوگرم بود، اکثریت نمونه‌ها ازنظر وضعیت شغل خانه‌دار (٥/٧٠درصد) بوده و اکثریت (٨١٫۶درصد) درآمد در حد کفاف زندگی داشتند از١۹٠نفر نمونه٤٦٫٨درصد مبتلا به افسردگی بودند، 3/42 درصد افراد با افسردگی شدید، 7/36درصد افراد با افسردگی متوسط، 4/39درصد افراد با افسردگی خفیف و 7/27درصد افراد غیر افسرده مبتلا به پوکی استخوان بودند اما تفاوت آماری معناداری بین وضعیت تراکم استخوان با افسردگی وجود نداشت (٠٫۳٢p=).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که افسردگی در زنان با پوکی استخوان ارتباط ندارد. Background & Aims: Depression probably causes changes in bone metabolism and induces bone loss and osteoporosis. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between depression and osteoporosis in women.Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-cross sectional study, 190 women above 40 eligible for the study were recruited and their level of depression was assessed with the Beck Depression Inventory Short Form 13, then bone density was measured by DEXA (Dual Energy Xray Absorptiometry) technique. Then after a physician’s diagnosis and according to WHO criteria, the participants were divided into three groups: normal, osteopenia, osteoporosis then SPSS version 17 and statistical analysis tests were used for data analysis. Results: The findings showed that mean ± SD age and body mass index of the participants were, 56.64±7.82 year and 29.9±4.88 m2.kg, the majority of the participants were homemakers (70.5%), most of them had enough income (81.6%), 46.8% of the participants were depressed, 42.3% of women were with severe depression, 36.7% of them with moderate depression, 39.4% of women with mild depression, 27.7% of women were not depressed but were diagnosed with osteoporosis.
