The purpose of this research was to study of effects of gender and body composition on body fitness factors on students aged 17-19 years using the FFMI-FMI regression model.Materials & Methods:  This study was conducted on 300 students (150 girls and 150 boys) selected randomly as subjects. Using with FFMI-FMI regression model, the subjects were categorized into three normal, solid, and the slender groups. The sub maximal Bulk test used to determine cardio respiratory fitness (VO2max), sit-up, Velz and Eilly noise tests were used to estimate muscle endurance, flexibility and agility of students, respectively. The data were analyzed with SPSS. Results:  Covariance analysis showed that after adjustment with sex, solid group had more VO2max, more muscle endurance, and more agility than the other groups.
